OUTSIDE ADVERTISING SALES OPPORTUNITY: Springfield/Taylorville area

Are you a motivated and driven individual who likes dealing with people? Are you full of ambition, confidence, and determination? Then we want to talk to you! Prior experience is not necessary, although retail and/or sales experience is a plus.

Your duties will include:

1. Handling inbound customer service and sales calls
2. Outbound telephone prospecting
3. Outside cold sales calls
4. Developing customer relationships
5. Assessing needs and generating new business in print and online

A guaranteed base plus an uncapped commission plan will be provided to the right candidate. This is a full-time position with ample paid vacation (up to five weeks), 100% company-paid health insurance, a 401k plan, and a cafeteria plan of flex benefits. The work week is Monday through Friday with no weekends, all in a friendly, family-oriented environment.
