Description:
Audio/Visual Team Lead needed to support the ministry of a church by providing excellent sound and visual quality for in-house and streamed events on Sundays and Special Services. Serve as the primary point of contact for everything A/V related. Lead a team of A/V volunteers to provide encouragement and training.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain an optimal experience for in-person and online worship.
2. Establish and maintain a friendly, positive and welcoming volunteer experience and coordinate quarterly volunteer schedule.
3. Be an active participant of the team by operating equipment side-by-side with volunteers each week.
4. Proactive in identifying and analyzing potential challenges with expertise to make immediate adjustments to achieve an optimal sound & visual experience.
5. As requested, record or stream events and/or create photo stories/slideshows for worship, memorials, and other events.
6. Maintain equipment.
7. Establish editable and static ProPresenter templates that honor Reid’s traditions.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience. Availability to work 2.5 hours on Sunday and 2.5 hours during the week. Experience with ProPresenter and Live Streaming. Flexibility to provide A/V service for funerals, weddings, special services, etc.
