ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients and/or managers and making necessary changes.
  • Review final layouts of the team and suggest improvements if required.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas for company branding and promotional campaigns, brainstorming and mocking up different design ideas.
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
  • Build, lead, and review the work of the designing team in the production of all web and digital marketing collateral such as landing page design, social media static posts, GIFs, logo & banner designing.
  • Assist in hiring and managing the creative team.
  • Coordinate with the Managers to take the design "brief" to record requirements and clients' needs.
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with the offline marketing and online marketing teams to ensure coherent delivery of activities aligned with the strategic objective.
  • Deliver real-time designs relevant to social media spaces that dynamically engage the audience.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.
  • Present finalized ideas and concepts to Clients/Account Managers and gain full approval.
  • Oversee all design elements, from conception to final delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and ensure only the best work is released to clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience required.
  • Must be highly creative, extroverted, and aware of recent Social Media Trends.
  • Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
