The premier party rental company in Monmouth County, NJ, that providestop-quality equipment and services for events of all sizes is seeking a creative and results-oriented Part-Time Marketing Generalist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Social Media Marketing:
- Create and manage engaging social media content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media
- Content Creation:
- Develop compelling content for the company website, blog, and email newsletters
- Write product descriptions, blog posts, and other marketing materials
- Cull and generate images and graphics
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials
- Email Marketing:
- Create and execute effective email marketing campaigns via Constant Contact
- Segment email lists and personalize messaging
- Track email performance and analyze results
- SEO and SEM:
- Assist with SEO optimization of the company website
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads)
- Event Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for company events, trade shows, and community events
- Coordinate with event planners and vendors to ensure successful execution
- Other Duties as Assigned:
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketingor digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools, Constant Contact
- Strong organizational and time management skills
This is a PART TIME, HYBRID role, with a 50% requirement of hours to be spent in-office.
Salary is depending on experience.
