Role: Help Desk Analyst - Video Support Specialist

Location: London, OH

Overview: The Video Support Specialist is responsible for processing and scheduling videoconference requests and managing related issues via telephone and email, utilizing Microsoft Office 365. Experience with Polycom RMX, Resource Manager, and endpoints is required. This position is in-person in London, Ohio, with equipment supplied.

Education: Preferred 4-year college degree

Years of Relevant Experience: 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and schedule videoconference requests and manage issues via telephone and email.
  2. Assist with day-to-day management of videoconferencing operations for a multisite network.
  3. Utilize Microsoft O365.
  4. Provide analytical and troubleshooting support for video endpoints and fiber networks.
  5. Support conference room meetings, point-to-point, and multipoint (bridge) video teleconferences.
  6. Maintain strict confidentiality for all videoconferencing activities.
  7. Report operational and technical issues to managers.

Key Skills:

  1. Professional written and oral communication.
  2. Ability to work successfully across multiple teams.
  3. Experience with Polycom and Cisco infrastructure and endpoints is preferred.
  4. Provide limited audio/video support for management off-site activities.
