We need to hire a Service Advisor/Writer to provide prompt, dependable, high-quality consulting for Harley-Davidson vehicle service guests by using current pro-active feature/benefit processes and active delivery presentation for new and used vehicles. The position is designed to create an exceptional experience for the customer/prospect, create an ongoing and growing revenue stream, and repeat/referral business.
Job Description
Guide customers through the entire motorcycle repair/maintenance process, advise them on service options and costs, offer 'specials', sell parts, accessories & installation, schedule service appointments.

Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Guide customers through the entire motorcycle repair/maintenance process.
- Advise them on service options and costs.
- Offer 'specials'.
- Sell parts, accessories & installation.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Follow their bike from service bay entry to completion.
- Quality control bike.
- Review completed work order with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
Service Advisor/Writer experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided!
- Good communication, customer service, computer and sales skills.
- Driver's license and good driving record is required.
- Ability to push, move and/or ride an 800 lb. motorcycle is required.
- Ability to drive a truck with a trailer is a plus!
- A motorcycle endorsement is preferred but not required. We will help you obtain a motorcycle endorsement.
- Energetic and dependable with a good work ethic.
- Self-motivated to succeed.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
- A resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
