Title Sr. Marketing & Sales Analyst
Reports To Sr. Director, Marketing
The Job
The Sr. Marketing & Sales Analyst is the go-to expert for insights and analytics across marketing, sales, and business operations. By harnessing performance data, monitoring key initiatives, and identifying opportunities for growth, you'll directly influence decision-making and strategic planning. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll deliver actionable insights to optimize campaigns, streamline processes, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities Develop meaningful analyses that uncover trends, identify opportunities, and shape our go-to-market strategies. Create seamless dashboards and regular reports to monitor marketing and sales performance, funnel management, and ROI. Design precise targeting strategies by segmenting customer and prospect databases, enabling more effective outreach and sales efforts. Partner with the marketing and sales teams to refine the sales funnel, improve CRM usage (Salesforce), and track KPIs that matter. Work with teams across finance, IT, operations, and customer service to align data insights with broader company objectives. Deliver executive-ready insights through custom reports and presentations for investors, board members, and senior leadership. Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team, with co-workers/ teammates, and leaders across the organization. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 5 years in marketing analytics, business analysis, or related fields, with demonstrated success in driving results through data insights. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for creating impactful presentations. A fast learner, forward thinker, and innovative problem-solver ready to dive into Core Scientific's data and make an immediate impact.

Occasional travel may be required as needed.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, and smartphones.

This is a full-time, onsite position. General hours and days of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. some nights and weekends may be required.
