Purpose of Role:

Responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and performance of the company’s TV and Direct Mail channels. Collaborates with media agencies and vendors to execute innovative campaigns that drive measurable results.

Expectations:

  • Leads the strategy, execution, and performance for TV and Direct Mail channels, ensuring campaigns meet business goals.
  • Manages and mentors a team of marketing associates, setting clear goals and providing support to achieve success.
  • Partners with media agencies and vendors to execute campaigns that deliver efficient outcomes.
  • Manages creative approvals using Wrike, and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Owns monthly budgeting, key performance indicator (KPI) setting, and performance reporting.
  • Analyzes and presents results to stakeholders, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Leverages data and analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to identify opportunities for optimization and resolve challenges in real time.
  • Develops and executes a testing and innovation roadmap to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness within each channel.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • VP Marketing, Creative & Content

Direct Reports:

  • Two Marketing Associates

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's Degree

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - PREFERRED

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - FIELD(S)/PROFESSION(S)

  • Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on media, particularly DRTV and Direct Mail.
  • Experience with Over-the-Top (OTT) TV ad placement preferred.
  • Expertise in large-scale, direct response, business-to-consumer (B2C) lead generation.
  • Hands-on media buying experience, including traditional media and direct response television.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (Excel power user, Tableau, Power BI) to interpret campaign performance and guide decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and collaborate with external vendors.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is ($125,000 - $150,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
