Purpose of Role:

Responsible for supporting the execution of our TV and Direct Mail campaigns. Ensures seamless campaign operations by managing reporting, creative workflows, vendor communications, and Salesforce setup.

Expectations:

  • Assists in the execution of TV and Direct Mail campaigns, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborates with analytics teams and agencies to manage daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting, providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Schedules, prepares agendas, and documents notes for weekly agency meetings to ensure alignment and follow-up on action items.
  • Oversees creative projects in the project management tool, ensuring tasks are completed as directed by the media director.
  • Partners with Accounts Payable to manage vendor invoices, ensuring payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Supports the setup and tracking of campaigns in Salesforce to enable effective lead and performance management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's Degree

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - FIELD(S)/PROFESSION(S)

  • Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on media preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated and conscientious, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to deadlines.
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is ($80,000 - $100,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
