Payrate:
$38.00- $40.00/hr.
Summary: The Strategic Events team is searching for an organized, passionate self-starter to join our team as an Event Associate Manager contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day management of 8+ third party events including but not limited to general project management, agency management and budgeting. These third-party events help us drive awareness and material pipeline for our entire cloud, or product, business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Events, this role will assist with ensuring operational excellence and success for pre-on-site, and post-event planning.
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in and support the planning, production, and execution for a variety of third-party events by creating and coordinating event logistics documentation, event timelines, speaker and executive communications, budgets, and other critical materials.
Work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with other teams, including Product Marketing, Creative, Field Marketing, Sales Enablement and more, to bring our products to life at events and keep cross-functional teams abreast of event plans that impact their businesses.
Understand the brand and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging through all events.
Provide post-event wrap ups and reports using Analytics and Dashboards, and share insights to improve future event performance.
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree, with 3-5 years event management, project management and/or marketing experience.
Exceptional project and time management skills - highly organized, detail focused, results-driven, and accountable.
Outstanding spoken and written communication skills, as well as superb listening skills, with an ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to a variety of audiences.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive work independently, working with deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a solid ability to deal professionally with senior executives, vendors, and team members at all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle stress and last-minute, urgent requests.
Desired Skills/Experience:
Experience working with or for an event and/or production agency.
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) / cloud computing / tech marketing experience a plus.
Strong IT skills with a desire to learn new technologies to improve current processes. In-depth experience and proficiency with Google Products, Slack, Microsoft Office products, etc.

Compensation: The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
