Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to conceptualize and implement user-friendly designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex interactions, design systems, and accessibility, along with proficiency in leading design tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product teams to gather and understand requirements.
• Define personas, user journeys, and task flows to enhance user experience.
• Conceptualize ideas to bring simplicity and user-friendliness to designs.
• Work with complex interactions, including management-level dashboards and reporting.
• Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to articulate design ideas effectively.
• Develop and manage design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and technical teams.
• Solve problems creatively and efficiently while adhering to usability standards.
• Conduct usability testing and gather actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Strategize and implement accessible design solutions compliant with accessibility standards.
Required Qualifications:
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Invision.
• Experience with node graph visualization using KeyLines.
• Strong knowledge of graph theory and network libraries for analysis and visualization.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to create and manage design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and strategies for conformant solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience conducting usability testing and incorporating feedback into design.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder and team collaboration.
