Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO/PPC Specialist with a strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies and technical expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. This role demands a strategic thinker who excels at channel-specific campaigns, understands lead progression from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL), and is comfortable explaining complex strategies in client-facing scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Funnel Marketing Strategy:
- Design and implement acquisition strategies that align with client business goals.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns across the full funnel, ensuring smooth transitions from awareness to conversion.
- Analyze and report on lead progression through MQL and SQL stages, offering actionable insights.
Channel Expertise (SEO & PPC):
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and visibility.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and bid management for paid campaigns.
Technical Proficiency:
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including technical audits and link-building initiatives.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance, identify issues, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging PPC features.
Client-Facing Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, clearly communicating strategies, performance metrics, and recommendations.
- Address client questions and provide insights on campaign performance and optimizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their goals are met with precision.
Agency Collaboration:
- Work seamlessly within a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO and PPC strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and PPC, preferably within an agency setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant platforms.
- Full-Funnel Understanding: In-depth knowledge of marketing funnels and lead qualification processes.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate strategies and performance metrics in a client-facing role.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to draw actionable insights.
- Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads Certified, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or similar.
