What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as the primary client contact for social media and influencer program deliverables, providing strategic insights and updates.
  2. Write and edit compelling, platform-specific social copy that aligns with client voice and goals.
  3. Collaborate with influencers to plan and execute virtual and in-person activations, fostering authentic partnerships.
  4. Develop content amplification strategies and manage paid media campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
  5. Analyze performance metrics across social, influencer, and paid channels to refine strategies and recommend improvements.

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 4+ years of client-facing agency experience or equivalent in social media, digital content, influencer, or paid marketing.
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  3. Deadline-driven with attention to detail and a passion for improving results over time.
  4. Ability to quickly adjust digital strategy, voice, and tone based on each client and audience.
  5. Familiarity with social media management tools and digital analytics tools is a plus.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Sprinklr.
  2. Knowledge of digital tools for analytics, influencer management, or similar platforms such as Google Analytics or Brandwatch.
