The Commercial Integration Marketing Manager for Interventional Oncology & Embolization (IO&E) will play a crucial role in enabling the successful integration of acquired companies into Boston Scientific. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless integration of key products and processes while maintaining best-in-class patient and customer support and service. This individual will also focus on aligning strategies across both entities while preserving the acquired company’s strengths and enhancing its synergy with our existing business. Your responsibilities will include: Partner with Senior Leadership to develop a comprehensive commercial integration plan with documented activities, synergies, and risks. Will oversee all aspects of commercial integration, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. Serve as key member of the broader integration team, representing commercial perspectives on integration plans and decisions. Prepare and deliver updates for other team members and the Integration Steering Committee. Partner cross-functionally to map commercial processes to align platforms, processes, and systems. Work with other functional leaders to identify system transition opportunities and risks (ex. Salesforce.com, sales reporting). Oversee integration plan for all marketing materials, assets, websites, social media platforms, tradeshow properties, and sales enablement technologies, working closely with digital, activation, sales, IT, legal, and regulatory partners to identify go-forward strategies. Anticipate and proactively address unique integration challenges, including patient engagement, KOL management, and medical affairs strategies. Manage internal and external communications to maintain transparency and trust during the integration process, partnering closely with communications partners where appropriate. Drive commercial success and revenue generation by bringing the best and most critical elements from both companies while elevating key capabilities. Assess current marketing and commercial operations initiatives in process. Serve as liaison between marketing teams of both companies to ensure collaboration. Leverage existing BSC assets and resources when applicable. Required qualifications: 7+ years of medical device experience required. BA/BS required. Demonstrated success working as an integral cross-functional team member, and ability to develop deep clinical expertise in medical device product line. Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projects. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience working independently across multiple priorities, demonstrating strong leadership and influence. Position requires ~25% travel. Preferred qualifications: Master’s/MBA preferred. Ability to collaborate and work with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship development skills. Minimum Salary:

$122,100 Maximum Salary:

$232,000 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com --will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
