Compensation: $35-$45/hr depending on experience

ONSITE in Katy, TX

UX Designer/Product Designer

Inceed has partnered with a growing retail company to help find a skilled UX Designer/Product Designer to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a creative, problem-solving mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces, testing, debugging, and deploying to production sites. This role offers the chance to work on multiple projects simultaneously and contribute to an evolving design strategy within a growing company.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop user interfaces for various sections of the website
2. Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration
3. Test, debug, and optimize the user experience for web-based applications
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement design solutions
5. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Product Suite and Figma
2. Hands-on experience in UX or Product Design
3. Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

1. Background in graphic design with an interest in transitioning to product design
2. Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design
3. Experience in e-commerce or web-based product design
