Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and managing campaigns on Amazon DSP, Google Ads, and social media platforms 2-3 years of strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and proficiency in data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Excel or Tableau 2-3 years of keyword research and search engine optimization (SEO) foundation You

Paid Advertising Management :

Develop comprehensive paid advertising campaign plans and timelines from scratch, tailored to our unique business needs. Execute campaigns across Amazon Display Ads, Google Ads (PPC) and social media, while continuously exploring new platforms and methodologies. Manage the LinkedIn Campaign Manager tool to set up and optimize various ad formats, including Sponsored Content, Text Ads, and Sponsored Messaging. Optimize ad performance by creating budget management strategies and maximizing ROI across all platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts, establishing new communication channels and processes. SEO and Keyword Research :

Conduct comprehensive organic keyword research to support SEM initiatives, introducing innovative research techniques and tools. Partner with SEO Coordinator in implementing and optimizing SEO strategies and developing new frameworks for analysis and improvement. Analyze SERP results and competitor strategies to improve organic search performance, devising new metrics for success. Analytics and Reporting :

Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to create new reporting structures, utilizing advanced analytics tools to track campaign performance and ROI across all digital marketing channels. Generate regular reports and dashboards on key performance indicators (KPIs), enhancing data visibility and providing actionable insights. Lead and facilitate quarterly deep dive analytics meetings: Prepare comprehensive presentation decks summarizing key marketing performance metrics Coordinate with cross-functional team members to gather necessary data and insights Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership and team members Provide data-driven recommendations for strategy optimization. Demonstrate strong presentation and analytical skills in communicating insights and driving strategic decision-making.
