Digitally Native Activewear brand is looking for an innovative Creative Project Manager to join their team.Seeking a candidate who will take charge, helping the team stay on track. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong project management expertise, and a creative mindset as you will collaborate cross-functionally assisting in project coordination and the trafficking of assets.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage creative projects and deliverables from brief-intake to hand-off, acting as team quarterback and liaison throughout
• Establish and nurture a clear communication structure across our Creative team, as well as Marketing, Website, Product, and Executive teams, clearly articulating workflow needs with the proper advanced timing
• Build out projects ensuring team members involved are informed and well equipped to hit campaign strategy goals and finish on-time
• Serve as our internal voice of the creative department, acting as the day-to-day contact for projects/campaigns company wide
• Own Creative Reviews, ensuring the right people are in attendance, proper notes are taken and the right deliverables are reviewed at the right times
• Hold Creative team members and stakeholders accountable for due dates and agreed upon strategy and deliverables
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes, Identifying gaps in our capabilities — whether that be Project Management tools or when we should consider a new AI editing app

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of agency or internal creative team experience
• Highly organized with top tier project management skills. Able to juggle competing priorities
• You have a keen eye for detail, impeccable organization skills, and don’t get overwhelmed from multitasking or last minute projects
• Strong relationship building, negotiation and communication skills - you enjoy networking and getting to know team members and colleagues on a deeper-level than just the task at hand
• Love all things Asana (or other PM tech)
