Job Description

Responsible for articulating thought leadership, awareness and client success by telling impactful stories in creative and compelling ways.

Responsibilities

1. Produce well-sourced and researched content for publication online and in print.
2. Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the company's mission and communities to inspire ideas and content.
3. Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, press releases, print collateral, product descriptions, videos, events and blogs.
4. Write and edit a range of marketing communications, including solution sheets and product sheets that communicate the value and effectiveness of Netsmart solutions.
5. Research and prepare client success stories and testimonials that highlight how Netsmart solutions and services help clients improve lives and enhance business efficiency.
6. Identify and maximize effectiveness of distribution channels.

Qualifications

Required

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
2. At least 2 years of writing and editing experience in marketing or advertising.
3. Experience in writing for a variety of media, including web sites, marketing brochures, online advertising and presentations.
4. Expert in AP Style and its nuances inside Netsmart.
5. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes designers, solution marketers and product experts and across the business.
6. Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
7. Excellent proofreading skills.
8. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Preferred

1. Professional writing experience in the healthcare technology sector or the Humans Services or Post Acute community.
