Creative and Personal Assistant with a Focus on the Arts
An active artist and entrepreneur in Soho is seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal/Executive Assistant to join their team. This role requires a highly organized individual with a passion for creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events seamlessly.
- New Client Research & Management: Identify potential clients, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- Administrative Support: Manage personal correspondence, clerical tasks, and organizational duties.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing parties, studio visits, and other events.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate on marketing campaigns, trending research, and strategies to enhance online sales.
- Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts, engage with audiences, and analyze trends to boost online presence.
- Creative Input: Contribute fresh ideas and explore new avenues for business growth.
- Studio & Project Coordination: Facilitate studio visits and help oversee projects.
Qualifications
- High energy and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including content creation and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer software and administrative tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Interest in the arts preferred but not required.

Details
