Design Associate

Overview: At Majestic, we are currently expanding and looking for additional design associates. We specialize in Finished Basements, Kitchens, and Bathrooms.

Responsibilities: Design Associates at Majestic work both sales and design, overseeing 5-7 projects and sales leads weekly. They are responsible for onboarding potential clients and completing renderings and selections with the client. Additionally, the Design Associate will stay with the client throughout the project to ensure the design meets expectations. The production end is managed by our project coordination team.

Tasks Overview:

1. Sales: 3-5 meetings per week
2. Onboarding clients on BuilderTrend
3. 2D and 3D renderings on Chief Architect
4. Cabinet plans
5. Selection meetings
6. Selection procurements
7. General communication with clients
8. Pre-production tasks
9. Meeting on-site for milestones
10. Meeting with clients during production

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design or Architecture
2. 5+ years of design experience
3. 3+ years of sales experience
4. Experience in Chief Architect or similar program
5. Experience in BuilderTrend

Compensation:

$25/hour for a 30-day trial period. Review at 30 days.

Base pay estimated: $57,500 to $65,000 yearly.

Sales commission: discussed at interview.

Holiday and PTO: discussed at interview.

401(k) plan and match 6% of gross pay (after 6 months).
