Part-Time Substitute Librarian (Non-Career) Job at Southfield, City of (MI) in S

Salary Range: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Up to 19 hours per week. Day, evening, and weekend hours available.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional reference and reader’s advisory services to library users of all ages.
2. Assist patrons with using the library and locating materials.
3. Instruct patrons in the use of all library resources, including databases and downloadables.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree from an ALA accredited library school.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Public library experience preferred.
