Shift and Compensation Details:

$24/hour

Eligible for quarterly bonuses up to $1,500 after 3 months

Hybrid Work Schedule: Tues-Thurs in office

Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm

Must be flexible for weekend work (rotating weekend schedule, will work Saturday and Sunday with Thursday and Friday off once every month)

What does a typical day as a social media specialist look like? You will:

  1. Review and respond to a high volume of customer posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. with the appropriate care and awareness of relevant corporate policies, brand voice and messaging requirements.
  2. Effectively utilize the Social Media moderation tools Nissan has in place to manage the daily engagement with our customers on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  3. Enter all relevant information regarding customer inquiries, questions or concerns into Nissan’s logging and tracking system (Salesforce) to escalate to the Consumer Affairs team and other departments.
  4. Assess customer concerns and make quick and educated decisions to rectify complaints and conflicts via well-crafted public and private responses to consumers.

  1. A Bachelor's Degree
  2. An internship or prior work experience in social media
  3. A passion for digital trends, technology, and innovation
  4. A high level of social media experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
