Property Photographer

Carolina Designs Realty is hiring!

A Full-Time Property Photographer will travel to various vacation homes to take high-quality photos to digitally represent homes for prospective renters.

Responsibilities:

1. Travel to various vacation homes for photography.
2. Submit work in a timely manner.
3. Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications:

1. Previous photography experience (required).
2. Experience using Photoshop (required), Bridge (required), and Lightroom (preferred).
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends in the high season (required).
4. FAA-issued drone pilot license (preferred).
5. Tech savvy and proficient with computers.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.

Our homes are located between Nags Head and Corolla, and none are located in the four-wheel-drive area.
