ProSidian Seeks a Tucson - VA VISN-22 | Court Reporter - Southern Arizona VA Health Care System to support an engagement for Government - Federal (USA) Sector Clients. The Veterans Health Administration is America’s largest integrated health care system, providing care at 1,255 health care facilities, serving 9 million enrolled Veterans each year.
- This Non-Exempt | Contract Contingent position currently best aligns with the Court Reporter Labor Category.
- Candidates must be competent, efficient, and have the experience, necessary training, and education in Court Reporting with adequate equipment to produce accurate transcribed testimony.
- Candidates must be proficient in English to read portions of the transcript during proceedings and clarify inaudible statements.
- Candidates must be competent to administer oaths and must provide thorough, accurate work products.
- All employees shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct.
- Candidates must have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years and be proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Candidates must be technically proficient in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English fluently.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Successful candidate must be able to (with or without accommodation): (1) bend, (2) pull, push, and lift up to 20 pounds, (3) reach, (4) walk, (5) stand and sit for extended periods.
CREDENTIALING AND PRIVILEGING: Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalency and at least one year of experience in court reporting, holding certification as a National Court Reports Association (NCRA) Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) or equivalent.
TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, or training requirements.

- Must be able to submit to and qualify for background investigative requirements
