We are looking for a Product Content Writer; to join our team within the Sage Network, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging and informative content that enhances user experience and educates our users. Your core responsibilities will include UX writing and user education, ensuring our products are intuitive and our users are well-informed. This role is part of a
centralized group of content writers that support multiple teams and applications
within Sage.
This role is hybrid - three days a week onsite in our Atlanta office.
The Sage Network platform is the first of its kind in accounting software. Most
financial teams are stuck in a world of manual emails, phone calls, PDFs,
and hand entries. Imagine a solution where teams could automate and synchronize financial
transactions and processes between businesses, even if they aren't using Sage accounting software. The Sage Network automates tasks like sending invoices and waiting for payments, connecting all users into one seamless system, whether they use Sage software or not. It's a game-changer in the world of connected accounting, enabling smooth transactions with customers, suppliers, banks, and other stakeholders, revolutionizing the overall efficiency of accounting processes.
This individual contributor role requires you to influence your teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives using data and logic. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of researchers, designers, PMs, and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity. Key Responsibilities

: Craft clear, concise, and engaging content for user interfaces,
including microcopy, error messages, onboarding flows, and design systems
library for multiple applications and experiences. Ensure consistency in tone
and voice across all product touchpoints.
: Develop comprehensive user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and
other educational materials to help users understand and effectively use our
products. Create content that simplifies complex concepts and enhances user
knowledge.
: Create content that
addresses user pain points, highlights key product features, and utilizes user
feedback and reviews to optimize user adoption and engagement.
- : Work closely with product
managers, designers, UX research, and developers to ensure that the content
aligns with the product-led growth strategy and supports the overall product
roadmap. Review and present to key stakeholders and senior leadership
across the business.
: Organize and manage content repositories, ensuring
content is up-to-date, accessible, and easily retrievable. Collaborate to maintain best practices with product content and design colleagues that ensures ARIA-enablement and localization.
: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX writing and user education. Continuously seek opportunities to improve content quality and effectiveness.
