As the publishing arm of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod (LCMS), CPH has been sharing the Gospel through Christ-centered resources for over 150 years. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach the right audiences at the right time-supporting churches, schools, and families around the world.

What You'll Do
As a Marketing Manager, you will:
Develop, execute, and refine annual business plans to achieve sales, cost, inventory, and missional impact goals.
Conduct market research to position products effectively and identify new opportunities.
Lead promotional campaigns, sales initiatives, and product launches.
Optimize product content, covers, and titles for maximum reach and engagement.
Oversee and manage product metadata across ERP and web systems.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure success.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and skilled project manager who is eager to contribute to our mission. You should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, including product management, budgeting, and data analysis.
Strong abilities in strategic planning, business writing, and market research.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and marketing analytics tools.
A deep appreciation for faith-based publishing and ministry support.
