We are currently seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to join a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Nashville. In this critical role, you will lead the development and execution of innovative paid media campaigns with a focus on paid search and social platforms. You'll play an essential part in managing client relationships, collaborating with account services teams to shape effective media strategies aligned with client objectives.

By leveraging your extensive knowledge of Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics, you will analyze performance against key metrics, delivering insightful reports and strategic recommendations that foster client growth. While you won't have direct reports, your mentorship will uplift and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that drive measurable outcomes through Paid Search and Paid Social initiatives.
  • Engage with clients to grasp their business goals and target audiences, paving the way for customized media strategies.
  • Conduct thorough audits of existing accounts, uncover optimization opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Integrate Paid Search and Paid Social into unified multi-channel strategies, enhancing performance across digital platforms.
  • Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and other search engines to meet client KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CPA, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Develop and manage multi-platform budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving performance goals.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and targeting to refine campaign performance continuously.
  • Analyze campaign performance, delivering regular, data-backed reports to clients that highlight key insights and improvement areas.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV to ensure campaigns maximize client value.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and various reporting tools to gather insights, optimizing campaigns based on data.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, conveying clear insights and strategic recommendations to enhance campaign success.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Paid Media Management with expertise in Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing) and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Proficient in managing paid search and social media campaigns across platforms for B2B and lead generation clients.
  • Proven track record of driving results through effective paid media strategies optimized for performance metrics like ROAS, CPC, and CPA.
  • In-depth knowledge of major paid media platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  • Robust analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics to measure and enhance campaign performance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex digital marketing concepts to clients.

Salary: $75-95k depending on experience
