  • Standard Hours Per Week: 20.00 Hours/Week first month, then will increase till 40 hours.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Drive consistency and quality of our content.
  • Edit copy decks for clarity, grammar, speed, logical flow and consistency.
  • Ensure copy follows our brand guidelines, tone and style and has the correct spelling, syntax, capitalization and punctuation.
  • Partner with copywriters and other content producers across client to revise copy as needed and efficiently move content through the workflow process.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Creative team on projects.
  • Make final adjustments to content and sync edits across applications (Asana, Figma, Slack, Google Workspace, Pastel) to ensure the copy deck is the source of truth for the team.
  • Proofread copy decks, digital assets and other content as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in an advertising agency or corporate marketing department.
  • Demonstrated ability to pivot between assignments and handle fast turnaround times.
  • Extensive experience with The Associated Press Stylebook as well as The Chicago Manual of Style.
  • Experience working with tech clients, particularly cloud software companies, preferred
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload, collaborating with writers, designers and project managers at various stages of content development.
  • Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with both web and print publishing processes and procedures.
