About the role As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in our Marketing team, tasked with creating compelling digital assets that resonate with our brand and engage our target audience. This position involves collaborating closely with teams in Market Development, Enterprise Growth, and Enterprise Sales across various locations to produce high-quality visuals in line with our messaging and brand identity. This is a full-time position based in our San Francisco office and reports to our Director of Enterprise Marketing. Key responsibilities include: Create and deliver high-quality visual assets for both digital (infographics, sales sheets, whitepapers, social media) and print (event materials). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branding and marketing initiatives across our global offices. Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Manage multiple design projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while coordinating across different time zones. Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, contributing fresh ideas to enhance projects! What do you need to be successful? 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a tech or digital environment. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and familiarity with Sketch or similar tools. A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects across both digital and print media. Understanding of UX/UI principles and web design standards. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, global environment. Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach. Experience working with remote teams or across multiple locations is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
