Our client is a rapidly growing, dynamic healthcare services business looking for a marketing leader to drive their demand generation efforts within the healthcare services space. This is a confidential search for a company with significant potential for future growth and expanding leadership opportunities.
Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below. ** The role is on-site in Naperville - 4-5 days/week Key Responsibilities: Demand Generation : Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive growth. Build marketing collateral and craft messaging (with support from the CEO). Retention and customer engagement are critical focus areas. Omnichannel Marketing : Execute mass marketing to B2B audiences through online and digital-first channels (e.g., email campaigns). Use creative, scrappy approaches to reach hard-to-access audiences, especially small doctor’s offices (1-300 employees). Sales Enablement : Collaborate with internal teams to create sales-focused strategies that resonate with small healthcare businesses. Must understand how to sell into small businesses, ideally doctors’ offices, without relying on traditional field reps. Digital selling/marketing is the key. Resource Management : Recruit and manage gig economy workers or contractors as needed. Identify and deploy cost-effective marketing tools and technologies, including AI-driven solutions. Ideal Candidate Profile: Industry Expertise : Some healthcare is must because of the regulatory rules part, particularly as it relates to sales and marketing. Strong
B2B marketing experience , and in a perfect world, selling services/products directly to
small practices . Familiarity with marketing to
small to medium doctor’s offices
is a significant advantage. Skills and Competencies : Proven ability to manage omnichannel marketing campaigns, including Pay-per-click, email, and digital automation. Strong background in
demand generation . Brand-focused mindset with the ability to stay resourceful and agile in a dynamic market. Detail-oriented and hands-on, with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude. Basic awareness or enthusiasm for leveraging
AI technologies
in marketing, with a willingness to learn and implement. Personality Traits : Scrappy, creative, and proactive, with the ability to work in a lean environment.
