billable utilization . You provide actionable feedback and empower your team to hit these targets and grow professionally.
You maintain accountability for
client satisfaction , aligning your team and resources to ensure every deliverable reflects Chase&Co.'s performance-driven excellence.
You identify and seize opportunities to expand client relationships, driving
sustainable growth

profitability
while nurturing long-term partnerships.

Qualifications: Minimum of
5 years of marketing agency experience , managing multiple clients and projects. Proven expertise in
client relations , including retention, satisfaction, and growth. Experience mentoring and managing account teams, with a focus on setting and achieving
KPIs . Demonstrated success in
new business development , including identifying and pursuing opportunities. Strong
strategic ,
analytical , and
communication skills , including
building and presenting decks
to clients and stakeholders. Ability to work on-site
3–5 days per week
in Lehi.
