Responsibilities:
- Establish new Brand Voice, Standards and visual narratives for an elevated, luxury home decor lifestyle brand.
- Build the brand system according to the company's brand strategy, and develop and execute strategic brand plans aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Develop daily marketing calendars and major holiday promotion strategies based on brand promotion goals, product positioning, and operational requirements.
- Conceptualize and execute creative content and engaging story-telling campaigns through visual and verbal design language.
- Based on profound insights into the market and consumers, accurately position brands and products to ensure consistent brand image communication.
- Regularly monitor brand performance and reputation, conduct brand value assessments, and adjust strategies promptly to ensure brand value enhancement and development.
- Manage and oversee brand consistency across all digital platforms, channels and customer touchpoints: Site, Email. Social.
- Manage a small team, establish timelines and lead weekly creative presentations to align with key stakeholders including Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising and Planning teams.
- Manage campaign photoshoot process and asset organization. 6.Lead the creation, layout and production of seasonal, digital catalogs to delight and inspire our customers.
- Develop and launch celebrity designer and influencer collaborations and campaigns.
- Responsible for team building, overall management, and organization motivation, leading the team to efficiently and effectively complete tasks.
- Partner with Trend Manager and stay abreast of market, industry and technology trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media, or related fields.
- 10+ years proven experience of lifestyle brand planning and operations, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design skills and projects. Home Industry is a must.
- Possess data analysis and decision-making abilities, able to make timely decisions based on market data and consumer feedback.
- Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate across departments, working closely with different departments to drive comprehensive implementation of brand strategies.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch, Figma, Shogun.
- Familiarity with Web Design and UI/UX principles.
