Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator with a strong background in graphic design production to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will leverage your design expertise to manage creative projects while ensuring the smooth execution of production workflows. You will serve as the key link between the creative team, clients, and stakeholders, balancing your coordination responsibilities with hands-on support for design and production tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination:
    1. Under the supervision of the Creative Manager (CM), develop and communicate project prioritization.
    2. Create balanced workloads and efficient workflows across the team.
    3. Proactively communicate to CM if and when projects exceed original scope or are in danger of missing planned deadlines.
    4. Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
    5. Act as a liaison between design, copy, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
    6. Oversee project workflows and manage resources, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to maintain efficiency.
    7. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
  2. Graphic Design Production Support:
    1. Create and produce effective and engaging creative materials for a variety of media and channels: print in catalogs and packaging, digital and video across social media, trade shows and retail stores.
    2. Collaborate with the design team to ensure production files meet technical and creative requirements.
    3. Review and prepare design files for final output across digital and print mediums.
    4. Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  3. Process Improvement:
    1. Identify and implement opportunities to optimize project workflows and production processes.
    2. Maintain and improve file organization through file hosting services.
    3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to enhance the team’s creative and operational capabilities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, project management, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in graphic design production, with 1-2 years of project coordination or management experience.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with production tools and processes.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  6. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com), production platforms, and file hosting services (e.g., Box, OneDrive, Dropbox).
  7. Experience working in both digital and print media production environments is a plus.
