Job Description: RE/MAX is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and be dedicated to the customer engagement and adoption team-serving as an internal agency relationship between departments and is an out-of-the-box thinker and team player. The role is responsible for strategizing, creating and publishing content that drives engagement and supports specific products/solutions and services as defined by the company-all projects focusing on 'how-to' use it and best practices. Developing a variety of content to highlight features and benefits, they strategically align content with adoption goals, help generate new users and training interest, as well as enhance visibility for key products and services. Their work ensures that the value proposition is effectively communicated to the target audience, driving interest and adoption.As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining your own schedule and managing your time across all tasks. Additionally, it is expected that you are producing work that is imaginative, original, accurate and grammatically correct as you are representing the most recognized brand in the real estate industry.Job Duties/Essential Functions: Manage the content creation process from concept to distribution and ongoing analysis to help meet goals and objectives.Act as team editor and review submitted content for accuracy, grammar and consistency that aligns with RE/MAX brand standards and guidelines.Develop and implement go-to-market communication/marketing strategies and plans for numerous solutions that drives results.Research RE/MAX technology and solutions, as well as real estate best practices, to have a finger on the pulse of what's happening in varying markets across the country.Ongoing outreach to internal teams to stay up-to-date on releases and areas of focus in order to drive traffic, engagement and hit KPIs and results as needed.Assist with the design and development of PowerPoint Presentations used by various teams, as well as content needed for various channels and mediums that drive results.Develop and maintain certification content for internal and external teams that is accurate, on message and clearly demonstrates value prop to help grow adoption and usage of RE/MAX solutions.Other job duties as assigned.Preferred Education Requirements:BS/BA degree in marketing, advertising, communications, instructional design, or equivalent.Years of Experience:2-4 years content marketing experience Years of Management Experience:NAPreferred Licensing, Certificates, and SkillsAbility to work independently and manage your daily tasks without direct supervision.Creative thinking and writing skills are a must, plus clarity and accuracy.Organized and able to meet various deadlines.Experience with content outreach and building relationships with audiences.Self-motivated with a startup mentality.Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.Ability to think creatively to develop successful and shareable content.Ability to report on key metrics.Standard Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong planning, copywriting and editing skills to generate a large volume of content that will be used across numerous internal and external channels and tailored to specific audience segments.Technical/Functional Expertise: Has knowledge of the job, function, department and its impact on customers, continues to learn and grow, stays current on changes in process, policy and the function and fulfills responsibilities of the job.Customer & Relationship Focus: Anticipates and delivers on customer needs, manages internal/external relationships, respectful of team, resolves problems, responds with tact and diplomacy, shares pride of the brand to customers, preserves the culture.Decision Quality: Makes sound decisions quickly, gathers information, considers long term repercussions of decisions, is accountable for decisions.Drives for Results and Quality: Takes ownership of job assignments and productivity, takes initiative, focuses on the quality and quantity of results, sets priorities and meets deadlines and keeps management apprised of progress.Hire Range/Rate:$55,000 - $62,000Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below.
