Senior Web Designer (Part-Time, Flexible) JVF Solutions

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Web Designer with a strong focus on WordPress. This part-time, flexible position requires a candidate with over 20 years of experience in web design, particularly with WordPress themes, plugins, and design. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with various WordPress builders and a solid understanding of HTML and CSS. Experience with JavaScript and PHP is a plus. Additionally, experience with other platforms such as Drupal, React, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and Webflow is highly desirable. Integrity, strong graphic design skills, and a solid understanding of marketing are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites using WordPress. Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements. Utilize various WordPress builders, including Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, WPBakery, and Gutenberg. Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for performance, and SEO-friendly. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Maintain and update existing websites as needed. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WordPress-related issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: 20+ years of experience in web design, with a strong focus on WordPress. Proficiency in HTML and CSS; knowledge of JavaScript and PHP is a plus. Experience with WordPress builders such as Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, WPBakery, and Gutenberg. Familiarity with other platforms like Drupal, React, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and Webflow is a plus. Strong graphic design skills and a good understanding of marketing principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. High level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Availability to work out of our office in Framingham, MA, or remotely if a strong match.
