You will collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver roadmap items, evaluate and implement innovative solutions, and ensure our digital advertising ecosystem operates with privacy, security, and accuracy. Check out www.WeAreMoore.com for more information.Your Impact: Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize roadmap items, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives and provide timely reporting on the status of deliverables and proactively address potential roadblocks. Evaluate and implement solutions that provide a privacy-conscious, secure, and accurate identity standard within our digital advertising ecosystem. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Work closely with product owners, developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality outcomes. Contribute insights and recommendations based on experience in the digital and media space, with an emphasis on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Search 360. Provide expertise and support for email marketing initiatives, leveraging data insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance. Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, measure performance, and inform decision-making across digital advertising and media campaigns.Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital media or advertising. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Search 360. Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI, to derive insights and drive strategic decisions. Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement privacy-conscious and secure digital solutions. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of engaging effectively with stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and emerging trends in digital advertising and media. Ability to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives and develop actionable strategies to achieve goals. Meticulous attention to detail in evaluating data, defining requirements, and ensuring project deliverables meet high standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration across diverse teams and building strong stakeholder relationships. Solid project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and their impact on digital advertising practices, ensuring compliance across initiatives. Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in media and digital marketing. Experience with email marketing tools and campaign management is a plus. Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner) are a plus.
