Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence Analyst

Robbins Recruiting has partnered with a leader in the roofing industry who is seeking a highly capable Digital Marketing & Business Intelligence Analyst who can bridge the gap between business intelligence and marketing analytics. As part of a small but dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, helping us optimize our marketing efforts and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence (BI) Analytics: Develop and maintain centralized reporting for key business metrics, such as leads, sales, profitability, and gross margins. Extract and analyze data from multiple sources, including CRM systems and financial platforms. Collaborate with leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Centralize and standardize data across all branches to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting. Digital Marketing Analytics: Track and analyze performance across all digital marketing channels, including PPC, Local Service Ads, paid social, SEO, and more. Generate reports and insights on key marketing metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rates. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance and marketing spend allocation. Data Engineering & ETL: Develop a centralized data framework that consolidates reporting from all branches into a single source of truth. Pull and aggregate data from various sources (CRMs, Google Analytics, ad platforms) to create comprehensive dashboards and reports. Familiarity with databases such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar platforms, with an understanding of how to structure and manage data pipelines in a growing data infrastructure. Implement ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Visualization & Reporting: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, with the ability to develop and maintain self-service dashboards that empower stakeholders to access insights independently. Create data-driven storytelling to support business and marketing objectives. Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting across multiple business units. Data Research & Tool Development: Source and analyze third-party data (e.g., census data, real estate trends) to enrich marketing strategies. Develop proprietary tools, such as zip code-level scoring models, to optimize market targeting. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in data workflows. Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or digital marketing analytics. Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and ETL processes. Experience with SQL and working with databases such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar. Hands-on experience with digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics, ad platforms, etc.). Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau preferred; Power BI or similar acceptable). Ability to work independently with minimal direction and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities with data. >
