About the Role:
The Marketing Coordinator provides essential marketing and administrative support to the Director of Marketing and Brand Operations and the entire Marketing Department. This role supports marketing and advertising initiatives for both Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort and Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
  2. Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams at both resorts to support content needs, program rollouts, and timely project completion.
  4. Collaborate on the development of integrated marketing campaigns.
  5. Traffic assets to media vendors including digital and social ads, press releases, and other creative assets as appropriate.
  6. Partner in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.
  7. Update website content including but not limited to; blogs, landing pages, holiday menus, dining hours, room amenities, special events, package and specials, etc.
  8. Manage marketing campaigns and departmental projects using tools such as Slack, Google Docs, Trello, and Dropbox.
  9. Maintain and oversee the Ojo Spa Resorts marketing content calendar, ensuring deliverables are created and deadlines are met.
  10. Assist in creating and managing the annual paid advertising plan, including pricing, deadlines, and vendor media kits.
  11. Organize press visits and events by preparing itineraries and coordinating logistics with internal teams.
  12. Coordinate resort photo and video shoots, including talent selection, vendor contracts, set-up, and on-site logistics.
  13. Support the execution of Ojo-branded events by coordinating with guests, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  14. Manage donation requests, including pre-screening, and delivery of donation vouchers for approved recipients.
  15. Communicate with vendors for collateral production, including timelines, costs, and delivery.
  16. Facilitate communications and contract management for outside vendors, such as photographers, videographers, interior designers, graphic designers, advertising & SEO contractors, and PR services.
  17. Process invoices, create work orders, and manage administrative tasks to ensure department efficiency.
  18. Attend department and property meetings as assigned by the Marketing and Brand Operations Director.
  19. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of three years of marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree or greater in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Main office will be at Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort. Position requires the ability to travel to Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs once per week for work related duties.
  5. Details driven with the ability to calmly and efficiently manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities in an extremely fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  6. Adaptability to evolving business and department needs.
  7. Reliable and punctual.
  8. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; the ability to create written and oral instructions and procedures; and the ability to speak and communicate clearly and professionally.
  9. Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  10. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, sit, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and push/pull/lift items weighing 40 pounds or more.
  11. Ability to travel to Ojo Caliente once a week.
