We opened in 2015 and are fast approaching our 10 year anniversary. Our current portfolio brands are Memphis Escape Rooms, The Escape Room Florence, Amuse, PuzzolCon, Puzzol Creative Consulting, Pirate's Mark, and more in development as you are reading this.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our creative team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, game design, and brand development as well as a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.
As a Graphic Designer at Puzzol Creative, you will collaborate with various departments to develop compelling visuals that enhance our immersive entertainment experiences, games and marketing initiatives with deadlines in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce visual assets for digital and print media, including promotional materials, social media graphics, website elements, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain branding materials such as logos, typography, and color schemes that align with Puzzol Creative’s identity for new games within a brand.
- Collaborate with the game development and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and in-game graphics.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos for various platforms.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our visuals fresh and innovative.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.
