Job Title: Graphics Operator

Overview:
The Worcester Red Sox are recruiting talented, hard-working, and motivated individuals to be a part of the WooSox Productions Team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and trigger the graphics for the television broadcast.
- Create, update, and trigger the graphics for the in-stadium show.
- Work with director and producer to gather info on players, managers, upcoming promotions/events, and more for the various graphics and implement them into our package template.
- Customize the graphic templates and create game, player, and series-specific graphics as needed live and before the game.
- Execute the show rundown, communicate with the director, PA announcer, show producer, etc. to produce a cohesive show that flows and tells a story.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Characteristics:
- Willingness to learn different positions related to WooSox Productions.
- Experience with Ross XPression.
- Ability to write quality copy without spelling or punctuation errors.
- Knowledgeable about baseball statistics, the flow of the game, etc.
- Be proactive and maintain positive working relationships with staff and productions crew.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) based on event schedule.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, executive leadership, and event managers.
Full-Time/Part-Time: Part-Time
Pay Range: $15 an hour
