Position Summary
The Paid Media Manager supports the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across various advertising platforms. This role is focused on assisting with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting to help achieve client goals. The Paid Media Manager collaborates with the Media Team and Account Service Teams to ensure that campaigns are properly executed within budget and on schedule. This position is primarily focused on executional tasks but also provides opportunities for client interaction and strategic input.

Primary Focus
The Paid Media Manager helps manage the execution of paid media campaigns and assists in the coordination and implementation of media plans. This role requires a solid understanding of paid media platforms and the ability to contribute to campaign performance analysis and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, DSPs, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Support the creation and implementation of media plans based on client goals and objectives.
  • Assist in monitoring campaign performance, making basic optimizations as needed, and generating performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Help manage budgets, ensuring that spending is tracked accurately and aligned with client expectations.
  • Build and maintain client spreadsheets with ad plans, specs, and deadlines. Traffic digital and traditional ads.
  • Keep up-to-date with paid media best practices and platform updates.
  • Assist with the setup of tracking tags using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, DSPs, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Basic understanding of performance tracking tools a plus including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and contribute to broader campaign goals.
