  • CANDIDATE MUST HAVE MEDIA/ADVERTISING EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in event planning or operations, with a focus on corporate and B2B events.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with virtual event platforms and a keen understanding of the technical requirements for virtual and hybrid events.


Overall Purpose
  • Responsible for collaborating with the Producer(s) to assemble a team of creative professionals specific to the project.
  • Will contact and secure vendors for all areas of production.
  • Track project and monitor deadlines.
  • Receive, organize and manage information, files and materials.
  • Ensure that both the client and company's goals are met.
  • Must communicate well with clients, vendors and the production staff.
  • Ability to anticipate issues yet problem-solve when they arise.
  • Work well under pressure and take initiative.
  • Experience with reconciling budgets and confirming project deliverables.
  • Ensures all production requests are met and adjusts daily schedules of personnel and equipment to meet post-production and editing needs.
  • Adjusts staffing schedules to meet the changing demands of operations and program schedules.
  • Coordinate delivery of program material and associated media to production, edit and facilities staff as required.
  • Familiarity with ForeTV or like software a must.
