- CANDIDATE MUST HAVE MEDIA/ADVERTISING EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in event planning or operations, with a focus on corporate and B2B events.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Experience with virtual event platforms and a keen understanding of the technical requirements for virtual and hybrid events.
Overall Purpose
- Responsible for collaborating with the Producer(s) to assemble a team of creative professionals specific to the project.
- Will contact and secure vendors for all areas of production.
- Track project and monitor deadlines.
- Receive, organize and manage information, files and materials.
- Ensure that both the client and company's goals are met.
- Must communicate well with clients, vendors and the production staff.
- Ability to anticipate issues yet problem-solve when they arise.
- Work well under pressure and take initiative.
- Experience with reconciling budgets and confirming project deliverables.
- Ensures all production requests are met and adjusts daily schedules of personnel and equipment to meet post-production and editing needs.
- Adjusts staffing schedules to meet the changing demands of operations and program schedules.
- Coordinate delivery of program material and associated media to production, edit and facilities staff as required.
- Familiarity with ForeTV or like software a must.
