In this vital role, you will cultivate relationships with donors, volunteers, and other supporters while working closely with the Board, Committees, and staff to drive fundraising initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of high-net-worth donors, leading capital and special campaign fundraising efforts, and overseeing communication strategies that effectively articulate our mission and secure support for affordable housing initiatives. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and possess a minimum of 5 years in diverse fundraising roles, including major gifts, annual funding, sponsorships, and grants. Strong leadership skills, a solid track record in staff supervision, and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive work environment are essential.
