The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse project pipeline, providing logistical and creative oversight, and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include staying abreast of all active productions, implementing and refining post-production procedures, performing quality control checks, and addressing licensing and rights-management issues. The role also involves maintaining a network of freelance talent, onboarding new resources, and evaluating the performance of the post-production team. Applicants for the Vice President, Head of Post Production role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a strong background in video editing, motion graphics, and post-production. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud software is essential, as is experience in managing production budgets and media in a dynamic content creation environment.
