About the Role
The Company is looking for a dynamic Vice President to oversee the Private Credit Product Marketing Lead within its Asset Management Marketing team. In this influential role, you will spearhead the marketing strategy for private credit, including direct lending, mezzanine, and hybrid capital strategies. Your efforts will be crucial in driving the global expansion of our alternatives business, focusing on institutional and third-party wealth clients.
As the Vice President, you will collaborate closely with investment and capital formation teams to implement key private credit initiatives, enriching content creation with industry insights and developing integrated marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities will include:
Leading the development of engaging marketing collateral.
Assisting with fund updates to keep clients informed.
Partnering with diverse marketing professionals to create campaigns that enhance client acquisition.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in asset management and alternatives marketing, with a specific emphasis on private credit. A comprehensive understanding of the alternatives industry—encompassing clients, products, regulations, and competitive landscape—is essential. We are looking for someone with a proven record in integrated marketing, exceptional presentation skills, and experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA and/or CAIA is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking abilities, commercial acumen, strong communication skills, and the capability to manage deadlines while remaining detail-oriented. You must be adept at fostering strong relationships across teams and utilizing a data-driven approach to optimize marketing strategies.
