About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP for Digital Marketing Platforms and Capabilities. This role is pivotal in driving the digital sales and acquisitions strategy, with a focus on real-time prescreened and prequalified offers to both prospects and existing customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ongoing digital lending marketing capabilities, supporting the development of a forward-looking capabilities vision, and overseeing prioritized initiatives. Key responsibilities include driving new digital products and strategies, supporting the exploration of marketing platform capability enhancements, and being a business technologist with a strong understanding of real-time API-driven integrations and architecture. The role also demands a product/platform expert and strategist who can deliver best-in-class B2C and B2B2C capabilities, and who is adept at both strategic and tactical tasks. Applicants for the SVP position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services, marketing, or business, with a proven track record of leading strategy and execution. A deep understanding of digital marketing, data-driven personalization, and collaboration with engineering teams is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in paid and owned digital media platforms, with experience in identity-based measurement solutions. Familiarity with consumer banking products and a passion for emerging technologies that enhance consumer experiences are also required. The role demands an experienced professional with excellent communication skills, who is comfortable presenting to both internal and external partners, as well as senior management. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and an Adobe certified professional status is a plus.
