About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic VP of Digital Marketing Strategy to lead the transformation of our digital sales and acquisition efforts. In this critical role, you will manage the digital marketing capabilities vertical and drive the delivery of transformative sales initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with business partners to identify growth opportunities, work with technology teams to develop comprehensive product roadmaps, and infuse industry insights into our strategic direction. A strong emphasis on client-centricity and digital innovation is essential, as well as the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess 6-10 years of experience in financial services, marketing, or a related field, showcasing a solid track record of strategic leadership and execution. Expertise in digital marketing and analytics, along with experience in agile product development, is crucial. You should be adept at launching innovative digital products, streamlining processes, and managing our ongoing digital channels. A Bachelor’s degree is essential, while a Master’s degree is highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
This role is integral to our marketing and franchise development team, specifically focusing on digital acquisitions and sales transformation.
