About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for B2B Marketing to spearhead the transformation and execution of its marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be a seasoned executive with a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly in the areas of strategic planning and execution. This role is pivotal in driving the company's marketing vision, establishing key partnerships, and ultimately, generating revenue through targeted marketing initiatives. The SVP will be responsible for leading a high-performing B2B marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns. A key aspect of the role is to act as a change agent, introducing new ways of thinking to enhance the overall business performance. Applicants for the SVP, B2B Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in B2B, strategy, data, marketing, and/or general management, with at least 5 years in senior management roles. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in developing and implementing measurable B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, as well as proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree. The role demands a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
