About the Role We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our ETF Marketing within the Asset Management division. This is a critical role in driving the global growth of our ETF franchise. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to elevate the visibility and appeal of our ETF investment capabilities. Collaborating with business leaders to understand commercial objectives, defining clear product positioning, and creating compelling marketing narratives will be essential. Your responsibilities will include the development of marketing collateral, coordinating product-specific calendars, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines. We require a candidate with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar position at a leading financial institution, showcasing a proven track record of measurable impacts and achievements. In-depth knowledge of the asset management industry, particularly regarding ETFs, is vital, along with a solid understanding of clients, products, regulations, and competitors. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and integrated marketing skills, capable of functioning effectively in a complex, matrixed organization. A Bachelor's degree is required, while an MBA and/or CFA designation is preferred. Strong presentation skills, the ability to synthesize information, and the proficiency to craft clear and persuasive marketing stories are essential. Communication, influencing, and presentation abilities are crucial, as is the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
