About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Marketing to lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies, with a specific focus on serving the needs of nonprofits and purpose-driven organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting strategic marketing plans that align with client objectives, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns that deliver measurable results. This role demands a deep understanding of nonprofit fundraising, donor engagement, and the tools and platforms that drive success in the sector, particularly in the mastery of CRM and marketing automation capabilities. The VP, Marketing will also be tasked with establishing a vision for the agency's marketing delivery services, conducting in-depth market research, and leveraging data analytics to optimize campaign performance. Applicants for the VP, Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in digital agency and non-profit marketing or similar purpose-driven organizations. The role requires a client-focused leader with a proven track record in leveraging marketing technology to create integrated communication plans that support both marketing and fundraising efforts.
